Role Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support day-to-day activities across operations, credit, compliance, and business functions, with hands-on exposure to the NBFC/Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operational activities, loan processing, and documentation verification.

- Maintain operational trackers, MIS reports, and process documentation.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks using Excel.

- Assist with KYC verification, AML checks, and compliance documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending documents and resolve routine queries.

- Support SOP documentation, process improvements, and workflow automation initiatives.

- Ensure proper record maintenance and audit-ready documentation.

Key Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Commerce,



Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Strong interest in operations, credit, compliance, and financial services.

- Basic knowledge of KYC, AML, and compliance processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.

- Robust analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Exposure

- Internship or project experience in Operations, Finance, Banking, FinTech, or NBFC.

- Familiarity with MIS reporting, data analysis, or process improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
