About the RoleWe are seeking an Operations Executive to manage end-to-end post-sales execution for residential and commercial rooftop solar projects. You will act as the vital bridge connecting customers, installation teams, local distribution companies (DISCOMs), and government portals to ensure swift project delivery, compliance, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Oversight & Installation: Track ongoing site work, monitor milestones from material delivery to mechanical completion, and ensure installers adhere to safety, quality, and delivery timelines.
- DISCOM Liaison & Net Metering: Prepare, submit, and track net-metering applications with relevant DISCOM offices; coordinate inspections, bi-directional meter testing, and final synchronization.
- Subsidy Portal Management: Manage end-to-end documentation and filings on state/national rooftop solar portals (e.g., PM Surya Ghar / National Portal), ensuring timely milestone updates, inspection approvals,



and subsidy disbursement for clients.
- Installer Coordination: Assign installation work orders, schedule technical teams, resolve on-site operational bottlenecks, and verify work completion sign-offs.
- Customer Communication & Documentation: Keep clients updated on project progress, collect essential billing/KYC documents, and maintain accurate records across the internal CRM/ERP.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical preferred) or Graduate in any field with relevant solar operations experience.
- Experience: 1–3 years in solar rooftop operations, post-sales coordination, or DISCOM liaison.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong working familiarity with DISCOM documentation, local utility approval procedures, and online subsidy platforms.
- Skills: Excellent communication, proactive follow-up habits, problem-solving under pressure, and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic project trackers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
