Hiring Operations Executive (Insurance Operations)

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Policy Era is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Operations Executive to strengthen our growing insurance operations team. If you have experience in policy administration, endorsements, insurer coordination, process management, and team handling, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and monitor Enrollment Team performance to ensure operational objectives are achieved.

✅ Coordinate with Business Leaders, Insurance Companies, and TPAs for smooth policy processing and issue resolution.

✅ Build and maintain effective coordination with insurers for endorsements, policy issuance, approvals, and operational support.

✅ Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs and TATs for endorsements, e-cards, policy servicing requests, and operational queries.

✅ Review escalated cases, identify root causes, and implement process improvements.

✅ Manage invoicing and endorsement-related operational activities.

✅ Conduct audits, process reviews, and recommend operational enhancements.

✅ Prepare MIS reports and submit operational updates to Senior Management.

✅ Guide, mentor, coach, and train team members for continuous development.

✅ Monitor product purchase cases and ensure seamless processing.





✅ Drive effective operations software utilization and operational process compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Immediate Joining Required

✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Insurance Operations

✔ Experience in policy administration, endorsements, insurer coordination, and operational processes

✔ Strong understanding of insurance servicing workflows and policy lifecycle management

✔ Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities

✔ Experience in metrics management and process improvement

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work independently while leading and supporting teams

✔ Organized, self-disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented

✔ Ability to understand process requirements and take ownership of outcomes

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline with relevant work experience
- MBA candidates with work experience are also welcome to apply
