Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage backend operations for events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
- Oversee event production, including setup, teardown,logistics ,and End to End coordination ,
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor event progress and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in Backend Operations or related field (Event Management).
- Solid understanding of corporate events, event planning, feild service, and operations management.
- Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
