Operations Executive As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our car rental services. You will handle vehicle allocation, customer service, and core operational processes to ensure optimal performance and high customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities Vehicle Fleet Management:
- Oversee vehicle allotment and strategic planning for daily operations.
- Monitor vehicle availability, real-time location, and physical condition regularly.
- Allocate vehicles to customers based on specific booking requirements.
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary items.
- Manage vehicle tracking and GPS systems to ensure safety and efficiency.

Customer Experience Management:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve customer feedback to maintain high service standards.




- Manage VIP and VVIP bookings to ensure specialized attention and premium service.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
- Effectively resolve customer escalations to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Documentation Operational Support:
- Manage vehicle insurance and all relevant operational documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational efficiency.

Must-Have Requirements
- Experience: Fresher or 2 3 years of experience in operations or a related field.
- Education: 12th Standard pass and above.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English, local language and Hindi
- Availability: Must be willing to work in shifts as required by the 24/7 nature of our operations.
- Age: 18 years and above.
