Job Designation: Operations Executive

Location: Bhandup

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily pest control operations and ensure technicians are trained, certified, and properly equipped.

- Conduct daily team briefings on safety, job instructions, and service requirements.

- Monitor service quality, schedules, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct a minimum of 15 customer visits per week, including pest audits and complaint inspections.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and proper pesticide handling.

- Manage material stock, consumption, equipment maintenance, and cost control.

- Resolve customer complaints, identify root causes, and ensure timely closure.

- Conduct technician performance assessments and provide coaching and training.

- Monitor service and product leads, operational costs, and branch performance.





- Maintain accurate service records and report operational issues to the Branch Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 100% completion of assigned pest audits and technician assessments.

- Keep technician call-out complaints below 3 per month.

- Ensure 100% technician training and certification within company timelines.

- Achieve material consumption targets.

- Score above 90% in online assessments.

Qualification and Skills

- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture.

- Experience in pest management or service operations preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and company systems such as iCABS and iAuditor.

- Robust communication, team management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
