Looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics activities, coordinate with logistics vendors and delivery partners, monitor shipments, resolve operational issues, and ensure orders are completed within the committed timelines.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate shipment records, coordinating pickups and deliveries, monitoring service performance, and supporting smooth operations across the network.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Logistics Operations

- Monitor incoming bookings and ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Coordinate first-mile pickup, mid-mile transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Track shipment movement and identify delays or service disruptions.
- Ensure shipments are assigned to suitable logistics vendors based on route, capacity, pricing, and delivery commitments.
- Monitor pending, in-transit, delivered, delayed, cancelled, and returned shipments.

1. Vendor and Delivery Partner Coordination

- Coordinate with courier companies, truck operators, transport vendors, and delivery partners.
- Confirm vehicle availability, pickup schedules,



route details, and delivery commitments.
- Follow up with vendors regarding delayed or undelivered shipments.
- Maintain vendor performance records and report repeated service failures.
- Support vendor onboarding by collecting operational details and verifying required documentation with the responsible team.

1. Shipment Tracking and Exception Management

- Monitor shipment status through the platform or designated tracking systems.
- Investigate missing tracking updates, failed pickups, delivery delays, damaged parcels, and lost shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors and customer support to resolve shipment-related complaints.
- Escalate critical incidents, high-value shipment losses, and repeated operational failures to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain a clear record of incidents, actions taken, and final resolutions.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
