Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operational activities in the chemical trading business. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing deliveries, arranging transportation, and handling on-field activities, including visiting transporters and making transport bookings.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations, from receiving client requirements to ensuring the timely delivery of chemical products.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, shipment status, and other operational requirements.
- Arrange and book transportation with suitable transporters based on delivery requirements.
- Visit transporter offices and logistics partners for on-field bookings, coordination, and operational follow-ups.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods.
- Track deliveries and follow up to ensure materials reach clients within the committed timelines.
- Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and other operational challenges promptly.




- Maintain records of orders, transportation bookings, delivery status, and related documentation.
- Ensure proper communication between clients, transporters, and the company throughout the delivery process.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and field operations related to chemical trading.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for transporter visits and field-related work.
- Solid follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Ability to solve problems and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.

Compensation
- In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
- Salary is negotiable and can be extended for suitable candidates.
