We’re looking for an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of MyMotor and ensure that key user transactions are processed accurately, smoothly, and within expected timelines.

You’ll work closely with the Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Support teams to manage transaction workflows, payment reconciliation, data checks, and operational escalations across different states and regions.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction & Process Operations

- Manage day-to-day operational workflows for MyMotor transactions, from request/check → payment → settlement → status update → refund.
- Track transactions and ensure requests are processed accurately and within defined turnaround times.
- Monitor pending, failed, duplicate, or disputed transactions and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Follow established SOPs and escalate exceptions or recurring issues to the appropriate team.

Data & Portal Monitoring

- Monitor government-linked portals, external data sources, and partner systems used by MyMotor.
- Check for data mismatches, missing information, failed responses, or system-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when data or transaction issues arise.
- Keep track of changes in processes or requirements that may impact day-to-day operations.

Payments & Reconciliation

- Perform daily/weekly checks of transactions, payments, fees, settlements, and refunds.
- Identify payment or reconciliation mismatches and coordinate with Finance or payment partners for resolution.
- Track payment failures, pending transactions, and refund cases until closure.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Customer Support & Escalations

- Work with the Support team to resolve operational queries and escalations related to payments, refunds,



transaction status, and data mismatches.
- Investigate cases and provide the required information to resolve customer issues.
- Track open cases and ensure timely closure.

Reporting & Process Tracking

- Maintain daily and weekly operational reports and trackers.
- Monitor key operational metrics such as transaction volumes, payment success, pending cases, refund TAT, and error rates.
- Identify recurring operational issues and highlight them to the Operations/Product teams.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives by identifying repetitive manual tasks.

Cross-functional Coordination

- Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to report transaction, data, or workflow issues.
- Coordinate with Finance on reconciliation and settlement-related queries.
- Support operational readiness for current features, processes, state launches, and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, transaction processing, payments, customer operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in fintech, payments, consumer apps, mobility, insurance, or other transaction-heavy businesses is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of transactions/data.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining operational trackers.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to investigate issues, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve them.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing processes and priorities.
- Strong ownership of assigned tasks and ability to ensure cases are followed through to closure.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
