Talasha has been mandated to hire an Operations Associate for an impact-focused, RBI registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) based in Bangalore. It extends loans (debt) to enterprises across India that strive to have positive social, financial and/or environmental impact

Responsibilities-

- Evaluate, streamline and optimize operational processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Documentation and handling of confidential loan files.
- Post Disbursement monitoring, tracking of deferrals for documents, resolving deficiencies & pendency in the documents, reporting of pendency and deficiencies to Risk Authorities & perfecting documents in consultation with legal team.
- Ensure that all statutory filings (including creation, modifications and satisfaction of charge) are filed on time
- Ensure RBI compliances with respect to CERSAI, CIC and NESL and applicable returns, forms.
- Tracking of Covenants (Financial & other), updating of Covenants in the Systems. Monitoring overdue and breach of covenants.
- Custodian of loan and security documents/ archived records.
- Identify and implement relevant technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Co-ordinating with team handling Audit (internal/external/regulatory), tracking rectification of audit findings and compliance.




- Ensure MIS reporting and daily tracker is updated in a timely manner.
- In collaboration with Legal team, tracking the expiry of documents as per the Law of Limitations and obtaining Letter for Acknowledgement of Debt well in advance to keep the documents alive.
- Co-ordinating processing of client requests and issuance of pari passu letters, no objection certificates and no dues certificates.
- Monitoring the receipt of NOC, Pari Passu Letters, Exchange of Credit Information, Stock and Book Debt Statements, Stock inspection/audit report, Insurance etc.
- Co-ordinate with Accounts Department to finalize collection schedule and NACH mandate in respect of repayments by Borrowers and sending follow up mails to all active clients

Valuable to Have -
- 3-5 years experience in handling backend operations of NBFC or banks
- Experience working on NACH, RBI compliances with respect to CERSAI, CIC and NESL
- Experience handling & record keeping of loan & security documentation
