Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Hisar, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role focuses on day-to-day operational coordination, including managing service requests, assigning jobs to local professionals, monitoring service quality, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

The Operational

Specialist will work closely with customer support and vendor management teams to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Responsibilities include analyzing basic operational data, suggesting improvements to processes, supporting onboarding of new service providers, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the platform.



The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely.
