Maintain emergency equipment, crash cart, difficult airway trolley, and emergency drug supplies in ready condition. Assist the team during emergency procedures, including rapid setup, patient positioning, and equipment support. Participate in emergency drills and respond promptly to intra-operative emergencies (e.g., equipment failure, massive transfusion support).
- OT Records, Documentation, and Inventory Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, OT utilization, sterilization cycles (autoclave/CSSD logs), equipment checks,

Assist in inventory management of instruments, consumables, and supplies; indent and restock as required. Support quality and accreditation activities (e.g., NABH/JCI) by maintaining checklists, registers, and compliance documentation.
