We are looking for enthusiastic Operations Interns to support our growing partner network and day-to-day business operations across India.

Position: Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with state and zonal partners across India.
- Monitor partner activities, task completion, and progress.
- Assist with onboarding local shops and business partners.
- Follow up with partners through WhatsApp and other digital communication channels.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and review meeting updates.
- Support partner training, reviews,



and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Native Hindi speakers are preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Good organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- An active LinkedIn profile is preferred.
