Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will oversee day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with internal teams, and support the smooth execution of projects related to Dholera investments.

Responsibilities include tracking project timelines, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements.

Executive will liaise with stakeholders, assist in resolving operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows. This role requires a proactive approach,



strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with management to support business objectives.

Qualifications

- Robust operational and organizational skills, including experience in coordinating projects, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools) and comfort with using digital tools for reporting and communication.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to identify and address process gaps.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in operations, administration, or project coordination, especially in real estate, infrastructure, or investment-related sectors, is an advantage.
