KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SALE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE EXPERIENCE MBA or PGDM graduate with no prior experience required;

we provide comprehensive training and support for career development. 1. Recruiting:

a. Organize recruitment events for Agency Partners and LAs.

b. Identify and engage potential prospects.

c. Lead the selection and onboarding process for Agency Partners.

1. Planning and Goal Setting:

a. Provide performance support to Agency Partners to achieve targets. b. Develop expertise in our sales processes.

c. Monitor and analyze field activity to optimize performance.

3.Coaching and Developing:

a. Learn various Sales approach and implement on field.

b. Collaborate with team members in fieldwork.

c. Become a subject matter expert on our insurance products.

d. Deliver sales process training for Agency Partners
