- Strong hands-on experience with OneStream.

- Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
- Experience with OneStream Workflow, Cube Views, Dimensions, Data Management and Reporting.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Good understanding of data integration/interfaces between ERP and OneStream.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
Good to Have
- OneStream implementation or migration experience.
- OneStream certification.
- Experience with ERP financial systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Exposure to legacy EPM platforms such as Oracle Hyperion/HFM, Planning, FCCS, or similar consolidation/planning applications.
- Understanding of SQL/data integration concepts.
- Experience working in Agile or global delivery environments.
Preferred Experience
- Typically 5+ years of overall EPM/Finance technology experience, with meaningful hands-on OneStream implementation/support experience.
- Experience across at least one end-to-end OneStream implementation is strongly preferred.
