Role Description This is a full time, on-site Online Bidder role based in Noida.

The Online

Bidder will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other marketplaces, and drafting compelling proposals aligned with client requirements. Daily tasks include researching potential projects, understanding client needs, preparing quotations, coordinating with the sales and technical teams, and following up on bids to convert leads into projects. The role also involves maintaining a pipeline of opportunities,



tracking bid performance, contributing to sales strategies, and ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.

The Online

Bidder will collaborate closely with leadership and delivery teams to align bids with organizational capabilities and targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and client-facing interaction abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to assess project requirements, estimate effort, and evaluate bid feasibility.
- Candidates should possess effective research skills to identify relevant platforms, projects, and client information for targeted bidding.
- Candidates should possess writing skills to create concise, persuasive, and tailored proposals and project descriptions.
- Candidates should possess training-related skills, including the ability to learn new tools quickly and share bidding best practices with team members.
- Relevant experience in online bidding, pre-sales, or business development in IT or Salesforce-related services is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM concepts, and comfort working with CRM and productivity tools, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
