Role Description :The Social Media Marketing Executive will manage and grow NAJ Jewellery’s presence across social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness and engagement. This full-time, on-site role based in Nellore involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and curating content (posts, reels, stories, and videos), and maintaining a consistent brand voice aligned with the company’s heritage and contemporary style. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, analysing audience behaviour, and optimising strategies to increase reach, traffic, and conversions.

The Executive will coordinate with marketing, sales, and design teams to promote collections, launches, and offers, and respond to comments and messages to support community building and customer interaction. Staying updated on social media trends, competitor activity,



and platform best practices is essential to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Online Sales & Social Media Marketing ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:

- Handle online customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Follow up with customers, understand their requirements and support sales conversion.
- Manage and maintain NAJ Jewellery’s social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Create and coordinate engaging content such as posts, reels, stories and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, jewellery trends and competitor activities.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams through online channels.
- Track social media performance and customer engagement, and use insights to improve content and sales initiatives.
- Maintain customer enquiry records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support digital marketing activities and sales-driven campaigns.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and identify market trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and relevant digital tools is preferred.
- Experience in managing brand pages or online sales will be an added advantage.
- Background in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Business, Sales or related fields is beneficial.
- Interest in jewellery, fashion or luxury retail is an added advantage.
