About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Offline STEM Instructors to conduct engaging, hands-on STEM classes for students from Grades 1 to 8.

Candidates with a background in Physics or Electronics are welcome to apply. Prior expertise in Electronics is not mandatory, but candidates must be enthusiastic about learning electronics concepts, working with electronic components, and teaching them to children through practical activities and projects. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, possess good communication skills, and be eager to make science and technology fun,



interactive, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct offline, classroom-based STEM sessions for students from Grades 1 to 8.
- Teach basic Physics, Electronics, and STEM concepts through hands-on activities, experiments, demonstrations, and practical projects.
- Learn and deliver Electronics-based modules, including basic electronic components, circuits, sensors, and related projects, as per the curriculum.
- Explain scientific and technical concepts in a simple, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, demonstrations, and learning materials before each session.
- Guide students in building projects, conducting experiments, solving problems, and developing critical-thinking skills.
- Manage classroom activities effectively and engage students across different age groups.
- Monitor student participation, progress, and understanding of concepts.
- Ensure the safe handling and proper use of electronic components, tools, and classroom equipment.
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve lesson delivery and student learning outcomes.
- Communicate professionally with parents, colleagues, and management whenever required.




- Participate in training sessions and continuously upgrade subject knowledge and teaching skills.

Requirements:

- A degree or relevant academic background in Physics, Electronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or a related discipline .
- Strong foundational knowledge of Physics or a related science subject.
- Willingness to learn Electronics and teach practical, electronics-based projects to children.
- A genuine interest in teaching and working with students from Grades 1 to 8.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear, and engaging ways.
- Positive verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle different age groups and manage classroom activities effectively.
- A hands-on, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, teaching methods, and STEM curriculum modules.
- Prior experience as a teacher, tutor, trainer, or STEM instructor is an added advantage, but freshers with the right aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Ability to work from the designated teaching location and conduct offline classes.
