AgResearch Labs (ARL) is a Bangalore-based agri-tech company building clean food infrastructure through indigenous High-Pressure Aeroponics technology. Our brands span farm infrastructure (Growize Farms, Airo360), consumer produce (Greenlyfe) and B2B distribution (agriGate). We're a lean team that moves fast, and we need someone who keeps things moving on the ground.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, on-the-move role. You'll be the person who makes sure what the team needs gets where it needs to be, on time. Most of your day will be spent out in the city running time-sensitive errands, picking up and dropping off, sourcing supplies from local vendors, and handling the practical logistics that keep the office and our operations running smoothly. No two days will look the same.

What You'll Do

- Handle pickups and deliveries across Bangalore for the office, team members and external partners
- Source and purchase day-to-day supplies and materials from local vendors and markets, within agreed budgets




- Build and maintain a reliable network of local vendors and service providers
- Coordinate with vendors on orders, timelines and quality, and follow up until the job is done
- Keep easy records of expenses, bills and receipts, and submit them on time
- Support the office with general errands and on-ground logistics as they come up
- Plan routes and prioritise tasks so the day's requirements are covered efficiently

Who We're Looking For

- Owns a two-wheeler and holds a valid driving licence
- Knows Bangalore well and is comfortable travelling across the city daily
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently without close supervision
- Organised enough to juggle multiple tasks and keep track of money and paperwork
- Good communicator in Kannada and Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Comfortable using a smartphone for WhatsApp, Google Maps and UPI payments
- Prior experience in a field, delivery, office support or procurement role is helpful but not required
