We are looking for an Office 365 Administrator with 23 years of hands-on experience to manage Microsoft 365 environments for our clients. You will own tenant administration, security and migrations, and you will be the go-to person for M365 issues. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Role & responsibilities

- Administer Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple clients, end to end
- Manage Exchange Online: mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, mail flow rules and connectors
- Create and manage user accounts, groups and licences in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Configure and maintain MFA, Conditional Access policies and break-glass accounts
- Set up and manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (anti-spam, anti-phishing, Safe Links and Safe Attachments)
- Enrol and manage devices with Microsoft Intune, and onboard them to Defender for Endpoint
- Administer Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including permissions and sharing settings
- Plan and run tenant-to-tenant and mailbox migrations (BitTitan MigrationWiz, PST import)
- Manage DNS records for email: MX, SPF, DKIM,



DMARC and Autodiscover
- Automate routine admin tasks with PowerShell
- Troubleshoot and resolve M365 issues (L2/L3) within agreed SLAs
- Maintain documentation, runbooks and client reports
- Talk directly with clients to understand their needs and explain technical changes clearly

Preferred candidate profile

- 23 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration
- Robust working knowledge of Exchange Online and mail flow troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA and Conditional Access
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender
- Working knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration
- PowerShell scripting for M365 administration
- Good understanding of DNS and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Good communication skills, comfortable working directly with clients

Good to Have
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations using BitTitan MigrationWiz
