Key Responsibilities-

Connect with doctors and healthcare professionals through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Promote Company professional courses and certification programs. Understand doctors career goals and recommend suitable courses. Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, handle queries, and convert prospects into enrolments.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Handle objections and effectively communicate course benefits, fees, and career outcomes.

Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales records in the CRM.

Build strong relationships with doctors and generate referrals. Participate in seminars, conferences, qualified events, and other business development activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment and onboarding process.
