- Clinical Instruction:Supervising students in clinical settings, providing practical training, and ensuring they adhere to best practices and safety protocols.

- Assessment and Feedback:Evaluating student performance through exams, assignments, and clinical evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to support their learning.

- Guidance and Mentorship:Guiding students in their learning journey, helping them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and serving as a role model.

- Staying Current:Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in nursing practice, educational methodologies, and relevant regulations.

- Administrative Duties:Assisting with the administration of the nursing program, including student selection, orientation, and maintaining records.

- Collaboration:Working with other faculty members, clinical staff, and administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
