HIRING B.S.C NURSING TRAINER , IN SKILL DEVELOPMENT/ EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled B.Sc. Nursing qualified to join our team as a Trainer for skill development and educational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess 4–5 years of hands-on clinical experience within a hospital setting and will be responsible for preparing students for the "Dresser" medical job role through comprehensive theoretical and practical instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training for the Dresser medical curriculum.
- Demonstrate clinical skills, including advanced wound dressing procedures and essential patient-care techniques.
- Instruct students on rigorous hygiene, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
- Provide guidance on the proper handling, sterilization, and storage of medical instruments.




- Educate trainees on mandatory biomedical waste segregation and safe disposal protocols.
- Conduct regular practical demonstrations, formal assessments, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate training documentation, including student attendance and assessment records.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: B.Sc.& GNM in Nursing.
- Experience: 4–5 years of recent clinical practitioner experience in a hospital environment.
- Experience in 2 years as a Healthcare trainer from skill development / educational training projects.
- Strong communication and instructional skills with a commitment to student development.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
