Role Description The Nursing Supervisor & Facility Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing nursing operations and overall facility management at Omsorg Assisted Living. This role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care plans, ensuring secure medication administration, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice and documentation. The individual will manage day-to-day facility operations, including staffing, shift scheduling, equipment and supplies, and adherence to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

The role involves close collaboration with physicians, physiotherapists, families, and other care providers to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.





The Nursing

Supervisor & Facility Manager will also support quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and the implementation of best practices in assisted living and step-down care.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Nursing Management, including supervision of clinical teams and coordination of nursing services.
- Solid foundation in Nursing and Medicine, with the ability to understand treatment plans and collaborate effectively with physicians.
- Experience in Critical Care Medicine or step-down/rehabilitation settings, with the ability to recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, including monitoring, medication administration, and support with daily activities.
- Relevant nursing qualification (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent) and current professional licensure/registration as required.
- Previous experience in supervisory or managerial roles within healthcare or assisted living facilities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and healthcare documentation standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed to support round-the-clock operations.
