- Nursing Supervision: Supervise nursing staff, allocate duties, prepare duty rosters, and ensure adequate nursing coverage across all shifts.

- Patient Care: Ensure safe, compassionate, and timely patient care, including medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and patient handover.

- Staff Management: Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, uniform, discipline, and performance of nursing personnel.

- Training & Competency: Conduct induction and periodic training; assess staff competency and identify training needs.

- NABH Compliance: Implement hospital policies, SOPs, patient safety goals, nursing protocols, and applicable NABH standards.

- Infection Control: Ensure hand hygiene, PPE use, biomedical waste segregation, aseptic practices, and prevention of healthcare-associated infections.

- Medication & Equipment Safety: Ensure safe medication practices, crash cart readiness, equipment availability, and proper maintenance of nursing supplies.

- Documentation: Ensure complete and accurate nursing records, medication charts, vital signs charts, handover records,



and incident reports.

- Coordination: Coordinate with doctors, HR, housekeeping, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments for smooth patient care.

- Complaints & Incidents: Address patient complaints promptly, report adverse events and near misses, and ensure corrective and preventive actions.

- Inventory Control: Monitor nursing consumables, linen, equipment, and indenting to prevent shortages and wastage.

- Emergency Preparedness: Ensure nursing staff readiness for Code Blue, fire emergencies, disaster management, and other hospital emergency protocols.

- Quality Monitoring: Conduct nursing rounds, audits, and compliance checks and submit reports to the Medical Superintendent.

- Confidentiality: Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality of medical records, and skilled conduct at all times.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
