Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Operation Theatre (OT) setting, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.
- Assist Ophthalmologists during surgeries, procedures, and examinations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications, and treatments administered in the OPD department.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience as an OT Nurse or Staff Nurse in a hospital setting.
- GNM Nursing degree from a recognized institution & should be registered.
- Strong knowledge of ophthalmology principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
