Key Responsibilities

Clinical & ICU-Level Nursing Care

- Provide complete ICU-level nursing care at patient’s home
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, Pulse, RR, SpO₂, Temperature)
- Continuous patient observation and early identification of deterioration
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and daily care records

Airway & Respiratory Care
- Tracheostomy care (cleaning, suctioning, dressing, tube change support)
- Perform endotracheal / tracheal suctioning
- Handle BiPAP / CPAP / Oxygen therapy
- Manage ventilator-supported patients (where applicable)
- Nebulization support

Tube & Feeding Management
- Ryles Tube (NG tube) feeding and care
- PEG feeding – administration, flushing, site care
- Ensure correct feeding position and aspiration precautions
- Monitor intake/output and feeding tolerance

Catheter & Line Care
- Foley catheter (FC) insertion care, cleaning, urine monitoring
- Urine bag emptying, measuring, and documentation
- Prevention of catheter-associated infections
- Care of IV lines, cannula, and infusion monitoring





Medication & Treatment
- Administer medications as prescribed (oral, IV, nebulized, injectable)
- Maintain medication schedules and records
- Pain management and comfort measures
- Emergency response and escalation when required

Infection Control & Safety
- Strict adherence to infection control protocols
- Maintain ICU-like sterile environment at home
- Educate family members on basic safety and care practices

Qualifications & Skills

- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
- Hands-on experience with:

o Tracheostomy care o BiPAP / CPAP o Ryle’s tube & PEG feeding. o Foley catheter care
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and professionally
- Positive communication with doctors, coordinators, and family
- Compassionate, patient-centric approach

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
