Job Summary-

Indus Fatehgarh Sahib Hospital is looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized Night Manager to oversee hospital operations during night shifts. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of hospital departments, coordinating with medical and support staff, maintaining patient satisfaction, and handling emergencies and operational issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall functioning of hospital operations during the night shift.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor patient admissions, discharges, transfers, and bed availability.
- Address patient and attendant queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure proper coordination and communication during medical and non-medical emergencies.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, duty allocation, and adherence to hospital policies.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and maintenance standards are maintained throughout the hospital.
- Maintain and verify night-shift reports, registers, incident reports, and other operational records.




- Escalate critical issues to the concerned senior management or on-call authorities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Prepare and communicate a proper handover report to the day-shift management team.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (BA, BBA, BCA, B.Com. or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospital administration, operations, facility management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or hospital management systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Willingness to work night shifts on a rotational or fixed schedule, as required.

- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting will be preferred.
- A disciplined, patient-focused, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and accountability.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
