Matchworkers International is a Dubai-headquartered recruitment consultancy placing skilled workers with employers across Europe and the Middle East.

The project

We run a custom client portal (Next.js 16 App Router, Strapi 5) where clients review candidate profiles for interview. Candidate data and documents are held in our CRM, Recruitly. Staff currently re-enter that information into the portal by hand.

We are looking for an experienced developer to connect the two on a fixed-price contract. Main deliverables:

- A direct import from Recruitly: staff select a job, tick candidates, and the portal pulls their details, profile document and photo
- Recruitly's candidate ID used as the single identifier across both systems, including migration of existing records
- Strict controls on which candidate documents may be shared with clients
- Improvements to client login and the client dashboard




- Several smaller fixes to existing API routes

A full written brief will be shared with shortlisted applicants under NDA. What we need from you

- Proven production experience with Next.js (App Router) and Strapi
- Experience integrating a third-party CRM, ATS or similar system through its REST API (Recruitly experience is a plus)
- Comfortable deploying to a VPS running Plesk and PM2, without Docker
- A careful approach to releases: backups, rollback plans and transparent written handover
- Good written English and the ability to explain technical work to a non-technical client
- Respect for personal data. The system holds candidate information, and an NDA and data-protection terms will apply
