Tejaki — by Blowtrumpet Technologies

- South Delhi
- Full-time / Intern / Early Career

ABOUT Tejaki Tejaki is Blowtrumpet’s publisher-facing supply-side platform (SSP), built for content creators who want transparent monetisation. Tejaki runs on offers — not blind bids — so creators know what they are earning and why. It supports multiple content formats and fair revenue distribution. Tejaki is a product under Blowtrumpet Technologies.

THE ROLE

Build and maintain the network infrastructure for content delivery, publisher API connectivity, and payout-system reliability — ensuring creators experience fast, secure, and uninterrupted service.

What You Will Do

- Design, deploy, and manage server infrastructure on leased bare metal in India
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and rollback procedures
- Manage hardware procurement, rack configuration, and data-centre relationships
- Scale infrastructure — load balancing, auto-scaling, capacity planning, and traffic management
- Implement DevOps practices — infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, observability, and incident response
- Harden security — firewall management, intrusion detection, VPN configuration, and access controls

What We Are Looking For

- Strong Linux system administration and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, VLANs)
- Hands-on experience with bare-metal server management and data-centre operations
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (or K3s), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
- Understanding of network security — firewalls, IDS/IPS, TLS, VPN, zero-trust architectures

- Hardware engineering awareness — server specs, storage, networking equipment

EARLY CAREER & CAMPUS TALENT We are actively inviting early-career graduates and final-year interns to consider long-term opportunities in innovation and establish stable careers with us in one of the most promising industry segments. If you are looking to create a ding in the universe, this may be your chance.

Blowtrumpet is not just offering a job — we are offering a seat at the table where the future of advertising technology is being designed. You will work with small, focused teams, learn from practitioners, ship real products, and grow into a career that compounds.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Along with your application, please include a Statement of Purpose that covers:

- What interests you in advertising and technology — what drew you to this space?
- When you started programming, designing, exploring this chance, or engaging with the field — and what you have built or learned so far.
- Your 3–5 year career vision — where do you see yourself, what kind of work excites you, and what impact do you want to make?
- How Blowtrumpet or this project fits into that picture — why us, why now, and what you hope to bring.

WORKING AT BLOWTRUMPET We function like a startup — and we are proud of it. That means you will wear multiple hats,

take ownership beyond your title, and grow faster than you would in a larger organisation. We are looking for people who thrive on that kind of pace.

A Few Things To Know Upfront

- Multi-functional by design. Everyone here contributes across boundaries. If you see a gap, you fill it. If you can learn it, you own it.
- Excellence is non-negotiable. We have no room for mediocrity. We would rather ship fewer things brilliantly than many things passably.

- Growth-oriented. We invest in training, mentorship, and giving you real responsibility early. Your growth is the company’s growth.
- Early starts, disciplined days. We are based in South Delhi and our working day begins at 8 AM. We believe discipline creates freedom — starting early lets us work with focus, finish with intention, and keep stress low.

- Low stress, high standards. We keep the environment calm and supportive. People here help each other, cover for each other, and win together. The pressure comes from the pursuit of great work, not from mismanagement.
