Role Description The .Net Tech Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based applications and services, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions for government and commercial clients.

The Tech

Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures, oversees code reviews, mentors developers, and enforces best practices in software development and cybersecurity. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on coding, managing database integrations,



optimizing application performance, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time. The role also involves guiding technology decisions, contributing to technical documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming, including experience with .NET technologies, object-oriented design, and API development.
- Candidates should possess solid Databases skills, such as designing schemas, writing optimized queries, and working with relational and/or NoSQL database platforms.
- Candidates should possess practical Cybersecurity and Network Security skills, including secure coding practices, vulnerability mitigation, and familiarity with security standards.
- Candidates should possess experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers in modern development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, experience delivering enterprise solutions for government or commercial clients, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation), and exposure to analytics or RPA solutions.
