Title: NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant (EDI & Customization)

Work Mode: Part time basis.

Location: Remote (preferably Noida)

Experience: 4 to 7 years |

Type: Full-time / Contract

Role

Support and enhance NetSuite for a US wholesale distribution client, covering EDI integrations, Advanced PDFs, and SuiteScript customizations.

Responsibilities

- Support and enhance EDI integrations through OpenText Trading Grid with retail trading partners and 3PL warehouses (X12: 850, 856, 810, 940/945, 943/944, 846)
- Map and validate EDI documents to NetSuite records (Sales Orders, Item Fulfillments, Invoices, Item Receipts, Inventory Adjustments)
- Troubleshoot failed transactions across AS2/SFTP connectivity, middleware mapping and NetSuite data layers
- Develop SuiteScript 2.x scripts and Advanced PDF/HTML templates
- Optimize scripts for governance and high-volume transaction processing




- Build saved searches, custom records, custom fields, forms and SuiteFlow workflows
- Gather requirements and support O2C, P2P and inventory processes
- Perform UAT support, data validation, deployment and post-go-live hypercare

Must Have

- 4+ years NetSuite with hands-on SuiteScript 2.x
- Retail EDI experience (OpenText, SPS Commerce or similar)
- Advanced PDF/HTML (FreeMarker), Saved Searches, SuiteQL, REST/SOAP APIs
- Good communication with US clients

Good to Have

- Walmart EDI or 3PL integration experience
- NetSuite certifications
