About the Role

This is a full time role for a creator who already has an engaged personal following (roughly 1K–10K) and wants to grow as the face of a real estate brand. You’ll plan, shoot and publish short-form content across the company’s channels, turning property, home-buying and investment topics into content people actually watch and trust.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the on-camera face of the brand across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Create 4–6 short-form videos per week: property walkthroughs, project tours, neighbourhood guides, home-buying tips, myth-busters, market updates and explainers (RERA, home loans, stamp duty, rental agreements, etc.)
- Shoot on-site at projects, sample flats, launches and events
- Script, shoot and edit content end-to-end, or coordinate with the design and video team
- Co-create content with sales, product and leadership teams, including customer stories, founder content and platform feature demos
- Spot trends early and adapt them to real estate quickly
- Engage with comments and DMs, and route qualified leads to the sales team
- Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, site visits) and share monthly reports




- Support collaborations with external nano and micro influencers when needed
- Ensure all content is accurate and compliant with RERA advertising norms and ASCI disclosure guidelines

Requirements

- An active personal social media presence with 1K–10K genuine followers and good engagement
- 1–4 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
- Confident and natural on camera, with clear communication
- Strong short-form storytelling skills: hooks, scripting and pacing
- Hands-on editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn analytics
- Genuine interest in real estate, home buying, personal finance or urban living
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, with an easy commute to Sarjapur
- Comfortable travelling to project sites across Bengaluru for shoots

Good to Have

- Prior content experience in real estate, PropTech, fintech, home décor or interiors
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi or other regional languages for vernacular content
- Experience with performance-led content such as lead generation, CTAs and ad creatives
- Basic photography and drone footage skills
