About The Role Bell Immersive Technologies is looking for a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Developer & Designer to join our remote team.

We are seeking a professional who can combine strong visual design capabilities with hands-on experience in eLearning development, animation, and interactive digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging multimedia assets, graphics, illustrations, animations, and interactive content for eLearning modules.
- Develop end-to-end eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate.
- Translate instructional storyboards and learning concepts into visually engaging and functional learning experiences.
- Create visual prototypes, wireframes, and interactive layouts aligned with project requirements.
- Develop course interactions using triggers, variables, and other advanced authoring-tool functionalities.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Project Managers,



and development teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Create and edit 2D animations, videos, and other digital media assets.
- Ensure visual consistency, adherence to client branding guidelines, and quality standards across deliverables.
- Incorporate client feedback, troubleshoot design and development challenges, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar eLearning authoring tools.
- Sound understanding of graphic design, visual storytelling, animation, and multimedia production.
- Experience developing interactive learning modules using triggers, variables, and customized interactions.
- Ability to independently manage multimedia and eLearning development tasks from concept to completion.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, UI/UX principles, and web-based design will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote working environment.

Preferred

- Prior experience in the eLearning industry, particularly in developing digital learning solutions for corporate or international clients.
