Job Summary

EFS Facilities Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Multi Skilled Technician (MST) to manage and maintain building facilities and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for handling preventive and breakdown maintenance activities related to electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems to ensure smooth building operations.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical breakdowns.

- Monitor DG sets, UPS systems, panels, lighting systems, and power distribution units.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

Plumbing Maintenance

- Attend plumbing complaints and carry out repairs.

- Maintain water supply systems, pumps, valves, and drainage systems.

- Inspect and resolve leakages and blockages.

Safety &

- Compliance

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.





- Ensure proper usage of PPE and maintenance tools.

- Report safety hazards and operational risks immediately.

Documentation &

- Reporting

- Maintain maintenance logs and service reports.

- Record daily activities and submit reports to the Operations Head.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or relevant technical discipline.

- FRESHER _ 1 YEARS years of experience in facility management, commercial buildings, IT parks, or corporate

facilities.

- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance activities.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
