Job Summary

Wesco is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, Dataverse, plugins, Power Automate, and enterprise-level performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing large-scale Dynamics 365 environments, with a focus on production support, platform performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for enterprise business requirements.
- Lead CRM implementation, customization, configuration, integration, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Optimize Dynamics 365 forms, model-driven apps, Dataverse operations, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Analyze form load performance, synchronous/asynchronous XHR requests, CRUD and non-CRUD operation durations, and system view usage.
- Troubleshoot Power Automate flow failures, suspended and throttled flows, billable actions, and inefficient automation processes.
- Optimize synchronous and asynchronous plugin execution, investigate plugin timeouts, and configure plugin trace logging.
- Diagnose platform performance issues, including SQL timeouts, slow read queries, Async Operation data growth, and PrincipalObjectAccess table growth.
- Monitor API throttling, service protection limits, and regional latency to ensure platform reliability.
- Establish performance monitoring, troubleshooting,



and proactive governance practices across Dynamics 365 environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse.
- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 architecture and CRM implementation.
- Strong development and troubleshooting experience with C# plugins, workflows, and plugin execution pipelines.
- Expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, and model-driven apps.
- Proven experience in performance tuning, production support, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
- Knowledge of synchronous/asynchronous processing, plugin timeouts, trace logs, and workflow optimization.
- Experience analyzing Dataverse performance, SQL timeouts, API throttling, service protection limits, and platform latency.
- Understanding of managed environments, data growth monitoring, and enterprise CRM performance governance.

Experience & Eligibility
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 10+ years of relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM architecture experience.
- Strong experience in CRM implementation, plugins, and Power Automate.
- Experience supporting and optimizing large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 environments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend scalable architectural solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with a solid combination of Dynamics 365 solution architecture, CRM implementation, hands-on development, and performance engineering will be preferred.
