Experience: 2–3 Years

Maximum CTC: ₹35,000 per month

Joining Period: 15 Days to 1 Month

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for shift-wise production activities in the Moulding and Closing Sections.
- Ensure moulding operations are completed as per the production plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Ensure painting, core setting, and mould closing activities are carried out as per the production schedule and prescribed quality standards.
- Monitor clamping and pouring operations to ensure protected and timely production.
- Ensure adherence to 5S, workplace safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to minimize rejection, rework, and production delays.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials during the shift.
- Maintain production records and report shift-wise output, rejection,



and operational issues to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
- 2–3 years of experience in foundry, steel casting, metal, or engineering manufacturing.
- Practical exposure to Mould Shop and Core Shop operations, preferably in a steel casting unit.
- Good understanding of moulding, core setting, closing, clamping, and pouring processes.
- Knowledge of 5S, safety practices, and production quality standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
