At Miles Masterclass, video is how people learn. Every cut, frame and animation you make helps a learner understand something faster and remember it longer. We’re looking for an editor who can tell a story and design it, and who already uses AI tools to work faster without losing quality.

What you’ll do

Edit long-form masterclass content into clear, engaging lessons

Turn the same material into short-form reels, ads and promos for social channels

Design and animate titles, lower thirds, explainer graphics and branded motion assets in After Effects

Use AI tools across production: [e.g., script-to-storyboard, AI voice and captions, generative visuals, upscaling, auto-reframing]

Own the post-production pipeline: rough cut, color, sound mix, final delivery

Keep the brand consistent across every piece

Work with content, marketing and faculty teams to turn complex topics into simple visuals

What you bring





1 to 5 years of professional video editing and motion graphics experience

Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Hands-on experience with AI production tools, with examples you can show A sharp sense of pacing, typography, color and sound

Comfort turning work around quickly on several projects at once A portfolio or showreel (required)

Nice to have

Experience with edtech, explainer or educational content

Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or Illustrator

Basic 3D or cinematic motion skills

Knowing which formats work best on Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
