About Repair Lab India

Repair Lab India specializes in electronics repair, PCB-level troubleshooting, industrial electronics servicing, and component-level diagnostics. We are expanding our technical team and looking for a skilled PCB Repair Technician who is passionate about electronics troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic circuits.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair faulty Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) at the component level.
- Identify defective electronic components, including ICs, MOSFETs, diodes, capacitors, resistors, and power components.
- Perform soldering, desoldering, SMD rework, and through-hole component replacement.
- Troubleshoot power supply circuits, control boards, and electronic assemblies.
- Use digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, and other diagnostic instruments.
- Read circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, component markings, and datasheets.
- Conduct functional testing and quality checks after repairs.
- Maintain repair records, document faults, and ensure proper handling of customer equipment.
- Follow ESD precautions and laboratory safety procedures.

Required Skills
- Practical experience in PCB troubleshooting and component-level repair.
- Good understanding of analog and digital electronics.
- Hands-on experience with soldering stations, hot-air rework stations, and SMD components.
- Ability to identify electronic components and understand their functions.




- Basic knowledge of power supply circuits and electronic control boards.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Educational Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on repair experience and demonstrable practical skills will be preferred.
