About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced, creative and commercially driven Modular Kitchen Designers & Sales Executives to join a leading multinational furniture retail brand.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modular kitchen and wardrobe design, customer consultation, technical planning and sales conversion.

This position requires complete ownership of the customer journey, from understanding design requirements and developing customised solutions to presenting proposals, managing customer relationships and successfully closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Design customised modular kitchens, wardrobes and storage solutions using AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, working drawings, 3D presentations and design proposals.
- Conduct customer-site visits for measurements, technical assessments and space planning.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations, project estimates, material specifications and cost calculations.
- Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, fittings, hardware and accessories.
- Handle customer consultations, design presentations, follow-ups, negotiations and sales conversions.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed business orders.
- Develop and maintain dealer relationships, generate business opportunities and support dealer-driven sales.




- Coordinate with production, installation and service teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Manage customer relationships from initial consultation through installation and project handover.
- Contribute to showroom revenue, customer satisfaction and overall business growth.
- Undertake customer-site visits, dealer visits and local travel as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in modular kitchen and wardrobe design.
- Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Furniture Design or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, KD Max, 3ds Max or equivalent design software.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchen layouts, wardrobe internals, space planning, materials and hardware.
- Experience preparing BOQs, quotations, costing and project estimates.
- Proven experience in customer handling, design presentations, sales negotiation and order conversion.
- Exposure to dealer management, business development and lead generation.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer relationship management and project coordination abilities.
- Willingness to undertake site visits and local travel.





Important Role Expectations This is a combined Design and Sales position, not an exclusively design-oriented role.

The selected candidate must be comfortable handling customer consultations, dealer relationships, business development, sales targets and independent order closures.

Candidates with experience in organised furniture retail, modular kitchen companies, interior solution providers or design-and-sales environments will be preferred.

Working Hours & Benefits

Showroom Timings: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Weekly Off: One day between Monday and Friday, as per roster.

Weekend availability is required due to showroom operations. Public holiday work may be required in accordance with applicable company policy and labour laws.
