As we expand with our new store in Kharadi, Pune, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can work closely with homeowners to understand their requirements and translate their ideas into beautiful, practical, and well-planned interiors.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a valuable understanding of modular interiors, and the ability to take a project from initial discussions and concept development to detailed design and execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Space Planning

- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized storage solutions based on client requirements.
- Develop layouts and design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and available space.
- Recommend suitable materials, finishes, colours, textures, and hardware.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualisations, and design presentations for clients.
- Ensure designs are practical, technically feasible, and aligned with the client's budget and expectations.

2. Client Consultation

- Meet homeowners to understand their lifestyle, preferences, space requirements, and budget.
- Present design concepts and explain design recommendations clearly.
- Guide clients in selecting materials, finishes, and design elements.
- Incorporate client feedback and refine designs through the approval process.
- Maintain professional client relationships and deliver a smooth design experience.

3. Technical Drawings & Documentation

- Prepare accurate layouts, working drawings, and detailed design specifications.
- Ensure proper detailing of dimensions, materials, hardware,



and storage requirements.
- Develop production-ready drawings and coordinate design approvals before execution.
- Maintain organised design documentation throughout the project.

4. Team Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with sales, project management, factory, and installation teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Ensure approved designs are practical for manufacturing and on-site execution.
- Address design-related queries during production and installation.
- Support the team in resolving design discrepancies and maintaining quality standards.

What We're Looking For

- 2–6 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or customised interiors.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, hardware, and interior detailing.
- Positive design sensibility with attention to functionality and detail.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet timelines.
- A proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach.

Technical Skills

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Experience with rendering or 3D visualisation software is an advantage.
- Understanding of modular furniture, manufacturing drawings, and installation requirements is preferred.
