- Manage Movement of Candidates
- Support in retention of Candidates while training
- Coordinate and motivate candidates for placements
- Coordinate with center Manager and other staff
- Tracking of candidates
- Coordinate with JRP, DMMU and other administrative staff for mobilization of candidates

- Capability to for quick mobilizations of students
