Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Engineering to lead high-performing engineering teams delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native .NET solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end solution delivery while aligning technology outcomes with business and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams delivering end-to-end solutions across design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Own technical strategy, architecture, and execution for enterprise-scale .NET applications.
- Ensure delivery excellence with focus on quality, performance, security, and scalability.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, tools, and frameworks.

Architecture &

- Technology :
- Define and govern solution architecture using .NET, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Lead cloud-native application design on Azure / AWS / GCP (AWS preferred for .NET ecosystems).
- Guide teams on system integration, data design, and modernization of legacy platforms.
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, coding standards, and best practices.

Cloud &

- DevOps :
- Drive DevOps culture including CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and monitoring.
- Oversee deployment strategies using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, observability, and cost optimization in cloud environments.

Stakeholder &

- Business Management :
- Partner with business leaders, product owners,



and external stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations on scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide regular updates, metrics, and executive-level communication.
- Influence decision-making by balancing technical feasibility, cost, and business value.

People &

- Talent Management :
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering leaders and teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, career planning, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Governance &

- Risk Management :
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
- Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
- Drive engineering KPIs, SLAs, and operational excellence.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 15 years of experience in software engineering with strong .NET (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs) background.
- Solid experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Proven expertise in microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture.
- Strong DevOps knowledge : CI/CD, containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), automation.
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, NoSQL) and distributed systems.

Leadership &

- Soft Skills :
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to align technology strategy with business outcomes.
