Job Discription :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage sales data, prepare daily reports, maintain databases, and generate business performance reports. The ideal candidate should have robust Excel skills, excellent data management capabilities, and the ability to provide accurate and timely reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, leads, bookings, collections, and business performance.

- Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and lead management reports.

- Generate reports on site visits, follow-ups, bookings, cancellations, and customer inquiries.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports to management.

- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and other departments to collect and validate data.

- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and automated reporting formats.





- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.

- Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies in reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data validation.

- Knowledge of Power BI and CRM software will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- High attention to detail and the ability to work with deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
