Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage company data, prepare reports, maintain records, and provide accurate information to management for effective decision-making. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Collect, compile, verify, and maintain data from different departments.
- Prepare production, sales, purchase, inventory, and performance reports as required.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Analyze data and identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Generate dashboards and reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect accurate and timely information.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.
- Perform other MIS-related tasks as assigned by management.





Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
- Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP software or Power BI will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- A degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or a related field will be preferred.
