We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in data management, analysis, and reporting, with a strong ability to understand business requirements across different departments.

The ideal candidate should have the following capabilities:

- Strong data analysis skills: Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract meaningful insights.
- Cross-functional data understanding: Deep understanding of how data is generated, maintained, and used across different departments.
- Data collection and consolidation: Ability to gather data from multiple sources, systems, and departments and consolidate it into a structured format.
- Data filtering and validation: Expertise in identifying relevant data, filtering unnecessary information, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Management reporting: Ability to analyze processed data and prepare accurate, meaningful, and actionable reports for management to support business decisions.
- MIS tools and automation:



Solid working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, lookup functions, Power Query, dashboards, and preferably Power BI or other reporting tools.

Most importantly, we need someone who understands the business behind the numbers—not just someone who prepares reports. The candidate should be capable of independently identifying the required data, understanding what it means, analyzing it, and presenting the right information to management in a clear and useful manner. Candidates with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across departments should apply!

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
