About the Role

We are seeking experienced Informatica IDMC Developers with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and cloud-based ETL/ELT development.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC/IICS.

This is a hands-on development role requiring strong knowledge of cloud data integration, complex mapping development, data quality, workflow orchestration, SQL, and production support.

Additional exposure to Informatica MDM Hub Console and ActiveVOS workflow development will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Informatica IDMC Development & Configuration

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC/IICS.
- Work extensively with Cloud Data Integration (CDI), including mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and transformations.
- Develop complex ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple cloud and on-premises sources.
- Configure source-to-target mappings, reusable components, parameterization, and dynamic mappings.
- Develop incremental and full-load data integration processes.
- Configure and maintain Informatica Secure Agent, runtime environments, connections, and scheduling.
- Troubleshoot mapping failures, integration issues, and data processing errors.
- Optimize IDMC mappings and taskflows for performance and scalability.

2. Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
- Develop and maintain complex CDI mappings using Lookup, Joiner, Expression, Aggregator, Filter, Router, and other transformations.
- Design reusable mappings and parameterized integration processes.
- Configure taskflows, scheduling, dependencies, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Implement data synchronization between cloud applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Develop and optimize high-volume data processing solutions.
- Monitor integration jobs and resolve execution failures.

3. Cloud Data Quality (CDQ/IDQ)
- Develop and maintain data quality mappings, cleansing processes, standardization, and validation rules.
- Perform data profiling and identify data quality issues across multiple source systems.
- Configure reusable data quality assets, rule specifications, and transformations.
- Implement data deduplication, parsing, standardization, and enrichment processes.




- Work with reference data and address validation capabilities.
- Integrate data quality processes into IDMC pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

4. Integration & API Development
- Develop and support integrations between IDMC and upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and cloud application integrations.
- Support batch and real-time data integration requirements.
- Configure and troubleshoot data publishing and synchronization processes.
- Work with relational and cloud databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake.
- Troubleshoot connectivity failures, integration errors, and performance issues.

5. Production Support & Performance Optimization
- Monitor IDMC mappings, taskflows, integrations, and scheduled jobs.
- Analyze and resolve production issues related to CDI, CDQ, and data processing.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Optimize mappings, SQL queries, transformations, and integration workflows.
- Manage Secure Agent-related issues and runtime configurations.
- Support deployment, release management, migration, and setting configuration.
- Coordinate with database, infrastructure, application, and business teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–15 years of overall IT/data management experience, with significant hands-on development experience in Informatica IDMC/IICS.
- Strong expertise in Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
- Hands-on experience developing complex mappings, mapping tasks, transformations, and taskflows.
- Strong understanding of Informatica IDMC architecture and cloud integration capabilities.
- Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) or Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Informatica Secure Agent.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data warehousing, and data integration architecture.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar databases.
- Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web-service integrations.
- Experience with parameterization, scheduling, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Good troubleshooting, debugging, and production support capabilities.




- Ability to independently develop, configure, test, and deploy IDMC solutions.

Good to Have – Informatica MDM & ActiveVOS Candidates with additional hands-on experience in the following areas will be preferred:

Informatica MDM Hub Console

- Experience working with Informatica Multidomain MDM and MDM Hub Console.
- Knowledge of Base Objects, Landing Tables, Staging Tables, Packages, Queries, and Mappings.
- Understanding of Match/Merge, Trust, Survivorship, and Consolidation Rules.
- Exposure to Business Entity Services (BES) and MDM integration processes.
- Experience integrating IDMC pipelines with Informatica MDM solutions.

ActiveVOS Workflow Development

- Hands-on exposure to ActiveVOS workflow development and configuration.
- Experience developing data stewardship, approval, and exception-handling workflows.
- Understanding of ActiveVOS tasks, business processes, notifications, and assignments.
- Knowledge of ActiveVOS integration with Informatica MDM Hub and Business Entity Services.
- Ability to troubleshoot workflow failures and integration issues.

Note: MDM Hub Console and ActiveVOS experience are desirable skills and are not mandatory for this position. Strong hands-on IDMC development experience remains the primary selection criterion. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be:

- A hands-on Informatica IDMC/IICS Developer, not purely an administrator or support resource.
- Strong in CDI mapping development, taskflows, transformations, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experienced in cloud data integration and data quality implementation.
- Comfortable working independently within the Informatica IDMC environment.
- Able to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Strong in SQL, troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
- Capable of collaborating with business, data engineering, application, and data governance teams.
- Preferably exposed to Informatica MDM Hub Console and ActiveVOS workflow development.
