Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with solid expertise in CRM configuration, customization, workflow automation, system integrations, data management, and technical development. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering scalable CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM entities, tables, fields, forms, views, relationships, and business rules.

- Develop automated workflows, approval processes, business process flows, and assignment rules to streamline business operations.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and other integration technologies.

- Maintain data quality through validation rules, duplicate detection, data cleansing, and governance practices.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and queries to monitor KPIs and support business decision-making.

- Build custom plugins, extensions,



and scripts using C#, JavaScript, .NET, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize CRM performance, and support system enhancements.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective CRM solutions.

Non-Negotiable Skills

- 6 8 years of relevant CRM technical experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical.

- CRM configuration and customization.

- C#, .NET, JavaScript, and plugin development.

- Workflows, business rules, and process automation.

- REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.

- Data management, validation, and reporting.

Good to Have

- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Platform.

- Knowledge of SQL, FetchXML, and CRM reporting.

- Exposure to middleware and ERP integrations.
