Shift: 2/3 PM to 11 PM/12 AM

Primary Skill: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales v9)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, customization, development, and solution implementation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with custom code, workflows, integrations, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Version 9), including configuration capabilities and features.
- Hands-on experience with entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export.
- Experience developing and deploying custom-coded processes using C# .
- Proficiency in reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, and SQL .
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution design, implementation, and best practices.




- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Zendesk and Jira.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant) or equivalent.
